NZ - Return to the North Island

The sun was shining, but the nights were definitely getting cooler. It was time to head back to the North Island for our final few weeks in NZ. We visited the great town of Napier, more wineries by bike, then to 'Brian the Bach' by Okitu beach in Gisborne where we met up with Vesta rowing friend Maria and cute baby no3, Willa!

Next stop beautiful Lake Karapiro, where we met up with Tysh for the North Island Schools Regatta. I had the opportunity to watch some racing from the Umpires launch which was a real treat.
